Hair Mists, Sprays & Perfumes
There’s such a wide range of hair mists, sprays and perfumes on the market that it can be hard to know where to begin. We’ve picked a few of our favourites for the season below.
Looking for bounce and volume?
Reach for a Hair Mist! Hair mists contain a variety of different minerals and vitamins designed to strengthen and enrich your hair. Italian brand Davines uses turnip extract in it’s Volu mist to provide hair with vitamins A, B and C.To use, spray Davines Volu (RRP £25.15 Our Price £22.45) onto towel dried hair to add volume and shine. This product can be used on all hair types but is especially effective on fine or limp hair
Looking to add texture?
Maybe you should try a hair salt spray! Salt Sprays are great for adding waves and movement to your hair for that tousled beach siren look.
Alterna Caviar Style Sea Salt Spray (RRP £29.50 Our Price £17.95) can be used when air drying your hair and helps to protect hair from heat.Dead Sea Salt adds body and waves whilst Caviar extracts help to add shine and prevent dryness. Use on damp hair.
Looking to scent your hair?
Are you a classic beauty who is fond of spritzing your favourite fragrance on your hair? You could be doing yourself a disservice due to the higher alcohol content in perfumes which have the potential to dry out your hair. Hair perfumes, sometimes also referred to as mists, are especially formulated for hair, meaning that you can protect and hydrate your hair whilst also smelling fabulous - something to consider if you suffer from dehydrated locks. Sachajuan’s protective hair perfume 50ml helps protect against static and uses ocean silk technology to provide UV protection. It’s also great for when you want to freshen up your hair without reaching for the dry shampoo. Dior, Yves Saint Laurent and Mugler have also formulated hair-friendly versions of some of their cult scents.

Hair Oils
Hair oils are great for hydrating dry strands, controlling frizz and preventing split ends from forming. Kérastase’s new Soleil Huile Sirene (literally translated as sunshine mermaid oil) is a beach bi-phase oil mist which offers softness, subtle scent and shine for hair exposed to sun, salt and UV rays. Been on a speedboat or on a summer hike? Use hair oil sparingly to smooth over any stray hairs to refine your look and add a bit of shine.

Dry Shampoo
Of course, there are some moments in life when you need to get rid of excess oil in a hurry. Dry Shampoo is a key product to pack with you for festivals and glamping or even when you need an extra bit of volume for hair flattened by humidity . A spritz of dry shampoo at the roots goes a long way - just spray and massage into your scalp for sneaky styling on the go.

Masks & Shampoos for weekend repair
Is your hair showing signs of water damage from chlorine or seawater? Deep recovery and cleansing treatments can help to replenish hydration - we recommend masks enriched with coconut (vitamin B and potassium) for hydration and cleansing the scalp of product and environmental build up.
