Hair Gain is an award winning, results driven hair care range founded by Lucy Palmer after she suffered with extreme post partum hair loss following the birth of her little girl Molly. It made her feel so miserable that she became determined to create world class hair supplements and topical treatments to help people like her, who were suffering from hair loss and hair thinning.

"The creation of Hair Gain has been a truly personal journey for me. When I had my first daughter Molly ten years ago, I had not been warned about post-partum hair loss and had no idea it was a problem facing 300,000 women a year. It was such a horrible experience, I lost handfuls of hair each day and clogged the bathroom plug on numerous occasions. Losing my hair really knocked my confidence and I found it really scary. I furiously researched for an antidote that could stop the shed and help with regrowth, but found nothing that spoke to me. My background is in nutrition and supplements and I was fortunate enough to come across an incredible ingredient called AnaGain™ which is derived from the small but mighty pea shoot. I worked for two years with trichologists and nutritionists to develop the most efficacious formulations and the result is an award winning range of supplements and topical treatments that are designed to support your hair health, reduce hair shed and nourish and revitalize your locks from the inside and out."

Hair Gain is now loved by thousands of customers as well as hair stylists who rave about the range to their clients, and beauty editors who shout about their favourite Hair Gain products online and in press. The range has won multiple awards from Cosmopolitan, Marie Claire, Hair Magazine and many more and has the expert backing of notable trichologists too.

Samantha Stewart MIT, Consultant Trichologist tells us:

It's very important for me to be able to recommend to my patients, a company that I truly believe in. The whole Hair Gain range beautifully complements our clinical therapy. In the 30 years of working at the Spencer Clinic, we have never stocked a hair supplement, that all changed once I discovered this exceptional brand”

Hair Gain also back up their claims with independent 3-month consumer studies where 86% of women noted a reduction in hair fall and 91% of women felt their hair was thicker, stronger and fuller thanks to the pea powered Hair Gain Hair Capsules. Plus they also have independently tested mechanical data that proves the Hair Gain Scalp Foam and Hair Gain Hair Mask reduces hair fall and breakage by 60% from first use, providing the perfect inside and out routine to help support healthier hair.

Lucy's dedication to building Hair Gain into an award winning brand with scientifically proven formulations has helped thousands of women worldwide to regain their confidence through healthier hair:

"I feel immensely proud. This is why Hair Gain was born and it makes all of the hard work worthwhile. It brings me so much joy to see women with their hair and confidence restored knowing that Hair Gain has helped. We hear from so many women around the world who tell us that Hair Gain is the only product that has truly helped them. Some have spent years suffering from hair loss and spent thousands of pounds on products to try and restore it. Nothing beats knowing that Hair Gain has given them their hair and confidence back."

Lucy's advise if you are experiencing hair loss:

Build Hair Gain into your hair care routine - our nutritional supplements in gummies or capsules will help support your follicles from within, while our hair mask and scalp foam will hydrate, nourish and strengthen your strands from the outside. Try to be as gentle with your hair as you can. I avoid putting my hair into tight ponytails and using too much heat on it. I also use the Hair Gain comb instead of a brush as it’s much better at detangling my locks and minimising snags and breakage. Stop fixating on your hair loss – I found it can be a vicious cycle and it can really get you down. This makes you more anxious and can cause further hair loss. I know it's hard, but my advice is to try and distract yourself from it as much as possible. It is also worth looking at any lifestyle reasons why you are suffering from hair loss and then trying to address them. Have a full health mot to check your bloods and hormones etc. This can make sure there are no deficiencies or health issues that may be causing or contributing to the hair loss. Eliminate stress as much as you possibly can and carve out some time each week that is just for you.
