Has been changed
What has happened to Decleor? I had been using this brand for over 20 years but since being taken over by L’Oreal, the quality, texture, consistency and ingredients have changed to become inferior. Sadly, Decleor, which once was a superior product is now just a sub-standard product. No more Decleor for me; I will need to find another brand instead.
