A blend of three mineral-rich, biodegradable salts-Hawaiian Sea Salt, Dead Sea Salt, and Epsom Salt-exfoliates and smooths skin. Arnica and Capsaicin help relax and soothe tired, achy muscles. Shea Butter and Soybean Oil leave skin soft and moisturized. Can be used in the shower or bath.

To use: Before showering, apply with hands to body skin and rub in a circular motion for 1 minute. Rinse. For maximum exfoliation, apply the product to dry skin. For use as a muscle soak: Apply to dry skin on arms, torso, chest and legs and soak in a warm bath. Can also be used at the sink to soothe hard-working hands, help exfoliate calluses and moisturise.
