The Tool-Expert Dual-Ended Brush can apply liquid foundation, cream foundation, and even loose powders with ease. It features a flat brush on one side for foundations whilst the other side features a domed brush for pressed and loose powder. It distributes the product evenly for a smooth and perfect finish.
