This milky, dual-layer toner is enriched with a generous 77.78% Goami rice extract to provide deep nourishment and support your skin barrier. Formulated to balance both oil and moisture, it gently exfoliates while visibly improving tone and texture. Suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin, it helps your complexion feel calm, balanced, and beautifully radiant.

This toner is also cruelty-free.

To use: Shake well before use to mix its water and emulsion layers. Then, apply an appropriate amount to your face after cleansing (e.g., with a cotton pad or by patting with fingertips).
