I don't like leaving negative reviews but I've explained to them numerous time that this item was missing and they've done nothing about it.

I’ve had a few curlers over the years, some good. Always avoided spring loaded after it exploded in my eye! This one cost alot, best price here online, just not worth the money. Not doing anything that a cheaper can’t do. Save your money & Get better at applying mascara.
