Not a cheap product but this has done wonders for my hair. Having bleached it for many years, I have very fine hair which was becoming brittle and very weak. I changed drying brushes to bristle/wooden ones and started to use this product in order be able strengthen and grow my hair. The results have been amazing so would highly recommend this product. I use this together with the Kerastase mousse
