I have the navy and it has a little Sparkle it in. Dries down quick so do one eye at a time if you want to smudge out. Beautiful colour, super fine tip and has irritated me on the waterline. Really good! 

This is a repeat purchase of a great eyeliner, precision line each time, with a very fine tip and easy to draw. The best one I have used. I like the black and dark brown color, both look fantastic! It would be great if it lasted longer though, but that could be due to the eye make up base I apply.
