You can put it everywhere, elbows. Knees, hair, even face for a deep intensive treatment. My personal fave is spraying it in the soles of my feet after a bath and putting socks  in so it helps eradicate dry feet without having to touch them and get all oily. Doesn’t feel greasy either. You can even put it on your hair ends, it smells nice too, not sickly not too sweet. 

Decided to try this after using a small tester bottle. Lovely oil with nice fresh fragrance.
