I cannot disavow this cold, white-powdered girl. Nonetheless, I sense the snow – so dreaded because expected – the coming avalanche. After what the whiteness of the flower has seen, freshness is beyond augur, but the scent of frangipani softens the blow. A taste of subtle almond, to be savoured on the skin!
