The Velvet Cleansing Milk is a smooth and sensual treatment that removes makeup and impurities. To use: Apply morning and evenings to the face and neck with the fingertips or a cotton pad. Gently massage with circular motions before removing excess with a cotton pad and then rinsing off with a cotton pad soaked in the Beautifying Tonic Lotion.
