This long-wearing, transfer-resistant eye pencil is smooth, easy and effortless to apply and has a unique smudge-tip at one end. It won't tug delicate eyelids and colour wears for hours. Line can be softened for a 'smokey' look. It is self-sharpening and only extends. Water-resistant. Ophthalmologist tested.
To use: Swivel up only 1/8-inch. Line eyes. Use the tool on the opposite end to gently smudge colour to desired effect. Allow colour to set for 60 seconds to ensure transfer-resistance. Recap securely after using to protect the silky formula. Can be used alone or over eye shadow. Remove with eye makeup remover.

I have used this product since it came available. I love that I don't have to sharpen it then have the end drop off, having a retractable crayon is great. It only ever seems to go up, not down. The crayon is soft, easily smudgy with the smudging tip and, while expensive, lasts a good time and, is really all I use. I always use Smokey brown but this time I got an additional moss pencil which does enhance my green eyes. I hope this QUICKLINER pencil never gets discontinued as I have found nothing better.
